Code
Searches for contacts by name for a particular role and contact type.
Returns all the contacts matching that criteria.

Takes zip code and optionally text address info and returns the Cities, Counties,
and State Abbr related to that Zip Code as determined by the Geography table.

Method to create new contact.

Code
Used by the simple contact popup used throughout the policies

Get the current credit report for a given contact
