Create subfolder in user folder.

Retrieves all attachments that the user is privileged to see from
the `files` table with the reference id equal to one passed in as an
argument. The JSON string represents the same hierarchical structure
as the filesystem.

Parameters

reference_id : str, required
    The ID of the related policies, claims, etc.
reference_type : str, required
    The associated BriteCore module
folder_id : str
    The ID of the folder to retrieve
    None, if at the root.
search_string : str | None
    An optional search string to search by on the File.title column.
list_view : bool
    Display contents of attachments without directories
    but in a paginated list sorted by dateAdded by default.
display_original_print_state: bool
    Return the original value of the print_state field instead of
    consolidating the values of email and print states
